If I could give zero stars I would.I booked a tour with Headout and it was processing, until I got an email saying it wasn’t available and I would have to rebook for later that afternoon.I did and it was all confirmed but received no email. I followed up an hour later- all confirmed, tickets to still be sent… waited another hour. Tickets to be sent. Getting sick of this, I requested to speak to an actual person, they called back and told me… sorry! No ticket!They actually sold me a ticket they did not actually have!!Beware using this company! It’s a scam!!!
