Every travel site, every blogger, EVERYONE recommends this website. As some people have already mentioned, they even have a monopoly on selling transport tickets all throughout Asia. I, however, cannot even comment on being scammed, sold overbooked transport, or anything else because while all websites tell me to book through 12go, every time I look for a transport option they only offer to sell me private cars, taxis, or some other absurdly high private option. No buses, no trains, no planes even. Just private taxis and private cars. I’ve resorted to going directly through the transport companies every time and they’ve been much more helpful (and much cheaper) than 12go ever has. I cannot recommend even a little bit. An absolutely frustrating experience.
