    As many of the other reviews my is identical, yes I ordered a strap in good faith, nothing arrived, emailed /online chat support all of the usual contact avenues I have pursued over the last 6 weeks but to no avail. I have now contacted my credit card and they have started the process for getting me refunded. Funnily enough the day after I received confirmation that the credit card company have refunded me I get an email from my watchstrap co to say the strap is being despatched. I will update when or if the strap indeed turns up or whether this is just another smoke screen !! or they probably do send out the orders when they receive charge back notices from the bank so as it doesn’t impact on their business status. If this is the case I would urge everyone to seek a refund through your payment method even if its a relatively small amount and you may think its not worth the hassle……..but it is !! (and its simple form and email confirmation of the order) as this will have an effect on their fraudulent business activities.
