Attempted to use a $1 offer to have a question answered re: my new laptop running Win 11. My card was declined because JustAnswer attempted to charge my card $55 instead of $1. Deceptive practices in my book and suggest avoiding this scam. And Microsoft should be more care ful about who they partner with. It’s made to look like it’s being answered my Microsoft, when it actually switches over to JustAnswer, a classic bait and switch. Aren’t government agencies supposed to be a watchdog in all of this?
