I have buyers remorse after reading all of these horrible reviews and especially after I have already requested a full refund with no response. I felt like this may have been a scam after my card was charged so quickly and the site did not even give you a chance to review the order. I have yet to receive a response from anyone with vshred and have requested a refund of all the charges to my card today. I can’t even find my customer number anywhere to include on my refund request. I hope someone reaches out to me soon to begin my refund process.
