First time using this awful site!!! I prepaid for a room and they never paid the hotel. The card they provided was DECLINED. I had to pay for a room that I had already paid for on Hopper. Then to add insult the price I paid directly to the hotel was $35 cheaper a night! You can’t talk to anyone and have to email a claim and wait 24 hours unless you want to pay $25 for an immediate response. This company is a joke and a SCAM. I’m highly ticked off and annoyed by this costly interaction.
