    worst experience with customer service. They could not help me at all. Long story short – they booked tickets with a scammy airline that tried to upcharge us 3000 USD at the gate. We couldn’t afford that. So we had to cancel hotel. Hotel gave us 50% back, expedia refuses to give us any credit for remaining 50%. I tried speaking to a manager, they said “invalid request”. they also told me that I didn’t understand the situation. This literally ruined our honeymoon.
