I had my first 200$ frickin dollar consult, and at the end the psychiatrist said that because I’m also taking lamotrigine, that they would have to further refer me to another provider, and that Done would contact me about the follow up.20 minutes later, my profile says I have been DISCHARGED, without ANY treatment. I received a text message saying, “We’re sorry, Done isn’t the best option for you.” AFTER PAYING 200$.I’ve tried contacting them in many different ways, called, emailed, filled the support form on the website, and have received NO response. I plan on calling my card company to attain a full chargeback because I was completely scammed.
