If I could give -10 stars I would ! I booked a ticket from Nassau Bahamas to Tampa and never received a email confirmation. I called customer service and they said the ticket went through but the tax did not and they need another cc?!!! I did not give them another because Simone told me it was a scam. I still have no email confirmation and I called the airlines and they do not have a reserved ticket for me ! Oh and it clearly states that taxes are included! WTH ???
