Absolute scam. I am 72 and have been going through cancer treatment. On an entirely separate issue, I checked my Visa statement only to discover that 2 payments of £30.00 had been taken by ‘JustAnswer’ without my knowledge. I phoned my bank who explained that I’d probably paid a very small fee initially but had not been aware that hidden somewhere was a rolling subscription fee. Thank goodness I am with a very good bank. They have refunded me the £60.00 taken by JustAnswer and are launching a dispute against them. Avoid this website or thoroughly scrutinise the small print before signing up!
