This is the worst crypto exchange of them all. Holding my deposited money on pending from 2 months (max is 14 days according to the website), on a 1 year old account with multiple transactions. Asked only once to provide some documents which I started doing and after that receive no answer from support on what else is necessary and where to upload them. Avoiding my old tickets about the issue. Unverified my account after 1 year from gold status without the option to do anything. Preparing legal actions since I do not see any option to actually take my money with their help. Incompetent support, 0 response. Total SCAM. Keep your money out of this exchange. Can provide screenshots of everything which they doing to me.
