Agodas Cashback is a scam. Used Agoda for over four years as my main booking platform. Always had good experiences with it. Lately I used it not due to more travelling. As I then try to collect my cashback from my bookings it does not work. Agoda states that I haven’t stayed at the hotels I stayed in. Contacted customer service only to receive Five times the same pre-written email stating that I should provide them with more details (that were already provided). Huge scam. Will use another booking platform in the future
