It seems I have to be the voice of reason here. I applied to TELUS International over a year ago, and the process was as fast as it could possibly be done. They sent me the contract right away (which by the way is totally fair) and started working the next week. I only had to do an exam that resembled the kind of tasks I would have to do. The number of tasks were limited at first, so I didn’t get that much worktime. However, with a stopwatch next to me, I timed everything I did in the platform, and they’ve paid me EVERY SINGLE CENT. I haven’t had a dispute or issue with any of the payments. Everytime I had a question or inquiry they would answer right away with utmost professionalism. I have no reason to think they’ll now start to scam me. I simply can’t understand most of these reviews. It almost feel like I’m working for a TOTAL different company.
