This is my second time with a negative review. I was replied to about a week ago from CHICME to get my issue resolved through their customer support. I did exactly what i was suppose to do and when i start a live chat with my order number and issuance of my refund , im cut off. So CHICME refund my account oder #01011046650 its been longer then the 15 working days.If this is not corrected i will take the necessary steps to report this company as a SCAM!!
