I paid 667 usd for a car hiring, later I asked to add one day to the reservation, by chat they quoted me 59 usd, but then they charged 252 usd. There is no way to get answer from support staff. They are using a very bad AI program, which responds very fast with predefined answers, in base of what it interprets in the claim mail. Each time the answer is from a different operator name, to give the appearance of having thousands of operators. The answers always are useless. If you do not have any problema with your rental, probable works, but, if you have any kind of problem, forget to get support, solution, and never a refund. Stay away from this scam and fraudulent web site, in this case cheeper is worst, rent direct with the rental company.
