Unpleasant experience. Not only do they keep your booking hostage (you can’t manage it on the airline site), their fees for simple things like baggage or seats are X2.5-3 higher then the airlines. And they actually book you on connection flights that go beyond your actual destination to save money on the ticket, which creates a ton of problems in the airport since they see it as basically an attempt to defraud the system and demand you pay more for the ticket. Next time I will definitely use a different provider.
