Signed up in late December 2022, first doctors appointment went very well, felt listened to and labs were handled very efficiently. Since then, nothing. No communication about pre authorization status. Messages on app-which is worst app I’ve ever encountered-go 4-6 days with no response and don’t answer the question. When I’ve tried to respond IMMEDIATELY after a message was left, I’m back in the 4-6 day queue. Zero customer support. I’m waiting until 90 days to request my refund. Save your money. This is a scam.
