I have never heard of this company, they claim that I have an account with them.I told them I want to delete my data from their database.They referred me to their “verify your identity” websites, where I had to give up even more data.After that it shows an error no matter what I enter. Tried with multiple browers.Looks like spam/scam.Horrible company with illegal practices. Will take legal action.Edit because of the reply: As you can read in the owner’s response, fundamental data protection rights are apparently ignored and also not taken note of.The weeks of back-and-forth prove for me personally: fundamental processes for processing important regulations are missing here.Instead, the tactic of keeping the inquirer busy until he gives up may prevail. If this practice is systematic, I would never want to have anything to do with this company. I and my request were never taken seriously at any time.
