I ordered a gorgeous dress in January 2023 for a wedding in mai and still did not receive it despite the tracking states it has been delivered.I contacted the company 2 times by email and didn’t receive any answer.I am starting to wonder if it will ever arrived and after having looked reviews on trust pilot, I tend to think that I lost 40$ and will never see the dress.Is this company a scam ? I questioning. It is the first time i have an issue like that with internet purchase and I order a lot on internet. Make yourself your own opinion on that, but something is not working well with their business for sure.
