Scam. Their business model is set around a trial period where you can cancel after you receive a cancel code in your email. Which never comes. I escalated the issue 6 days before my trial period ended and they dragged it out with troubleshooting until I was finally charged due to non cancellation then spouted policy about not being able to refund. Do not give them your cc card.
