Hello, Worst experience ever, I was reading through the other reviews and I am in the same situation as many (and probably many more who did not leave a review) having ordered a combo tool kit of supposedly 32 tools and I just got a few screwdrivers worth probably less than 10€ at a Chinese shop in my town. I wrote to them and got the same story, I was offered an increased refund of 10-20-30% applied to the 59€ paid (plus I paid 7€ shipping costs) … Like in what world a company sends you the “wrong” order and then pretends they can’t send you the correct one or offer you a full refund? Definitely a scam! If anyone finds a way of where to complain about this theft and misleading advertisement, please let me know so I can do the same. A BIG scam and disappointment.
