Used this service to try and assist with a technical query i had. This was expressed as a one off payment for the assistance i required/requested. Without my knowledge i had apparently signed up to a monthly subscription, received no email or text confirmation of this. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. When tried to contact them i was continuously cut off on there chat page. This company needs to be shut down and unable to trade, so it doesnt scam any further people.
