Unprofessional staffing I have 2-3 Bookings with them First one EMT113336476 It was partially refundable ticket i called them for cancellation they said we have taken the request will check with airline later they did not call me and cancellation did not happn on timeWhen I called next day my ticket was no show, airline dropeed the remakes in booking for cancellation and no showWhich just happned due to easymytrip unprofessional staff. Next day i caller airline and canceled return flights and airline processed the refund to the travel agency. But easymytrip not able to help they are scammers and helpless pathetic people They talk too robotic way..i need my refund at earliest they told me 5-7 days earlier and later they denied it… scammers will never book again No customer friendly things Will report this all matter to consumers court, they said ask airline to get the written confirmation Whenever we book with agent airline does not send any written thing Want my refund at earliest 2) Booking i have for Delhi to auckland When i called them to know the cancellation charges they said 21000 inr per passenger But i callled them again they we need to check with backend Its just scam website never book from thisThis is my 4-5 booming with ease my trip they disappointed me everytime
