They masquerade as the hotel, advertise a low rate headline rate, don’t tell you about the fees and taxes until AFTER they’ve taken your money. These are over 30% higher than the advertised hotel rates. SCUMBAG SCAMMERS. They also allowed me to book a room and their cancellation policy was dated before I made the cancellation, meaning when i cancelled the room 4 minutes after booking they charged me in full for the room. They refused to reinstate the booking so basically stole $229 off of me. Absolute criminals.
