[ZRH-BCN-ZRH]Absurd service, after a completely intransparent change in the flight-fare requiring me to pay an additional 80 CHF 3 days prior to the flight, I got a second change, this time in the return-flight to an earlier one that does not fit at all with my travel purpose & plans, which makes the whole booking practically useless to me now. I am requesting a full refund, in order to book via a different agency the flight I need and am not confident I will see the money, which makes this service a COMPLETE SCAM and I will be reviewing very diligently my response-options, in case this leads to a dead-end.After losing 1 full week of dealing with Sky-Tours, now I’ll lose a hundreds of CHF for booking last minute. Thanks for nothing.
