I paid two devices off and I got an email yesterday stating I haven’t made a payment on the devices I paid off how the hell do I owe you a payment on 2 devices that I paid off they are no longer on my account my bank account shows the where they took the money paying the devices off they sent my another email saying the pay off payments didn’t include February’s payment but I paid them off in February this company is a scam
