Ordered an item from episure. The item tracked and supposedly delivered across town. Nope. Finally found a way to email tracking company which said tracking system showed delivered. Go to local post office and check with neighbors. Dead end. Funny I received 2 pairs of socks as I read in another complaint and could not figure out where they came from. Must of been my cabinet I ordered transformed into socks. I was scammed also. No information, very sad they make out with everybodys payments and trust.
