Absolute fraud. Don’t trust the amount they show you. They charge you different amount and then pretend that they don’t understand what’s the problem. Customer support is absolutely useless. Every time you get a reply from a different person that didn’t even read the email chain. Don’t waste any of your time trying to resolve your issues peacefully. Just raise a chargeback with your bank and write them appropriate review. Maybe if they lose some revenue they will start treating customers with respect
