FragranceX have kept some of my money. I ordered two perfumes that were not delivered. FragranceX say that they courier was turned away from the address. This could not have happened and I have told them I have a door camera and can prove no one turned up to the address. However they have kept roughly £20 of my money saying it is for tax. When writing a review they have come back to say they want to sort it out. They have only written that I believe so that any one reading the review will think they are half decent. However they have repeated that I still have to pay the tax! They have said they were not the reason the package was returned. Neither was I as it was never received or refused by anyone at the property address (doorbell camera proof), in my eyes THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF A SCAM to extract money for no product. Please do not use this company unless you have plenty of money to give away and don’t care about getting anything in return. UK Law states that the retailer is responsible for courier companies NOT the purchaser.
