Their trackings on many items say that the items arrived in my country. However, my country does not have them. Because of their tracking then they decide that I cannnot get a refund for an item that is two weeks past its delivery. Check with local post and delivery company but they did not receive any parcel tranfer from cainiao logistics which is uncontactable if you google. do not use this app. It is a fraud and scam.
