I can only conclude that Roboforex is and never will be interested in refunding me my cash of $ 415 . The payment options they say are only via cryptocurrencies and some supposedly cash payment options that are not available to me in Jamaica. I know nothing about cryptocurrencies . They do not pay to any US based financial institutions . I wrongfully assumed that as a supposedly legitimate organization that accepted my money almost instantaneously it would not be a problem for money to be withdrawn from my account. This company has to be FAKE/SCAM. All the trappings of being professional and ethical are presented(eg. regular monthly statements etc.) however it has been a YEAR now i have been attempting without success to get my money. Another trapping is receiving a prompt call from a supposed Customer service Manager who promises to take ownership of the problem without any follow up and meaningful action. No help has been received by me for to start thinking that i have a practical solution. All communications repeat the same impractical options which are designed to totally frustrate me.
