I ordered a ‘Fluffy Night’ picture for £270 in January 2023, it is now 2 months later and no product has arrived.I received multiple emails from their customer support reassuring me it will arrive any day and now I realise the whole website is a scam and they had no intention of sending me what I bought.They even provided a fake Evri tracking number. Please do not fall into the trap I did, if you have given them money and not received a delivery please pursue a fraud claim with your bank or credit card company.
