This is literally the worst website with the worst customer service ever. I ordered over 2 months ago and still have not received my items. I emailed customer service to see what was going on and they said my order was handed over to logistics so it would arrive soon. Fast forward two weeks, I get an email saying that what I ordered is out of stock so I need to choose new items. Again, I emailed CS and again they said that it was in logistics, they could offer me a 5% discount for my troubles and there is a 10% cancellation fee. What?! Ridiculous. This was two weeks ago, still no package, still no tracking. NEVER EVER order from this fraudulent company!!
