I paid $19 for expedited shipping to the U.S. and it was shown in my email AND website at the time, that expedited shipping can take up to 7 days. It has now been 12 days and still nothing! I paid a total of $76 and It has been hell dealing with this company!! Very unprofessional and responding nonsense to my emails to not refund me my money. My package seems to be lost at this point and all they offered to do was refund me $10. They literally said “since your order did not exceed $100 we can only give you a refund of $10 shipping”. This company is a scam and has the worst customer service!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
