What a scam! I bought tickets to a game and then couldn’t go and canceled 25 days before the game. The app said I would get a credit to use up to 1 year. Then 5 weeks later I see a game I want to attend and go to the app to redeem my credit to find NO CREDIT. I never received my tickets, we’re not reimbursed. There’s no phone number to call. They do not have a live chat on their site. I sent an email and days later no response. You’re just waiting to know what they did with your money.
