Sadly there isn’t a no star option . I paid my money, looked at the site then realised it absolutely was not for me . So I cancelled immediately….. or so I thought ! Deleted the app and forgot about it , until I discovered that I had never been refunded. I have now followed this up and I’ve been told I won’t be getting a refund but they will ‘ throw in a free gift ‘ I don’t want a free gift I want my money back ! Don’t touch them with a bargepole as they’re clearly a scamming company . Noom is MUCH better !
