Have just realised Complete Save has been charging £15 to my credit card account every month since November 2022. So far they have stolen £60 from me.I purchased curtains from Wayfair on 21November 2022. The following day Complete Save charged £15 to my credit account. I did not subscribe to their ‘service’ and I have no emails in my mailbox to say that I have.They have stolen from me. They are a scam. Check your bank statements carefully every month after buying online. I have asked my bank to stop them stealing my money. They say it’s a subscription and it’s possible they may still be able to take the money even with a stop on the account. I now have the tedious task of applying for a Section 75 chargeback to get my money back.
