Hotel looked nice. Service was very poor. Hotel manager & owner (Raphael) was the worst. Unprofessional, complete sack of s**t, liar, scammer. Had the hotel staffers trying to scam us out of our room and items, then try to threaten us with “deportation” when we called him out on it.
