THE WORST BOOKING SITE EVER!They don’t answer emails, calls, nothing! Threat you with disrespect and also refuse to give your money back!I’ve made my register on a friday, a booking on a friday and AT THE SAME DAY, less than 30min, decided to cancel the reservation. NOBODY spoke to me. I’ve sent TONS of emails, calls and nothing. When they finally answered, they didn’t help AT ALL! Said I wouldn’t get my money back, even tough I decided to cancel AT THE SAME DAY! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!please, don’t use this platform! It’s being really stressfull for me. They are unfair and have the WORST customer service EVER!
