IT IS A SCAM! I cancelled the hotel booking in October 2022, and still did not get any refund. It has been more than 4 months, I wrote customer service, they said they had sent the request to the finance department, but I did not receive any refund until Mar 2023, obviously they were lying.I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this scamming company, just use booking.com, Agoda whatever, NOT THIS!
