They are a SCAM. Exactly the same thing happned to me too — beleiving the website listed on top of Google search as a genuine Canadian official site I had paid more than £30 pounds for ETA (£7 with the official one). Then 5 days later my Bank Fraud Prevention contacted me informing this company was trying to take £74 as a subscription fee! Luckily I was able to make the transaction declined. I cancelled my card and learnt a lot of lessons.
