This company is a PURE SCAM!! it is hard to reach anyone by phone, chat, or email. I canceled my Membership with bright and they kept charging me. This company reported to the credit bureaus that I was late 30 days for $3!! I have an excellent payment history and this caused my credit score to drop significantly. I have disputed with each credit bureau but I have yet to receive a response from anyone at Bright Money Co. This company uses false advertising. There is no live customer support 24/7. It has now been 3 months since I downgraded (cancelled) my membership yet Bright still has my account active for another 3 months. I need someone from this company to contact me ASAP about the issues I have. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to use Bright.
