Horrible ServiceA hotel site was hacked on @bookingcom . I was asked to make payment outside the site by the hotel which I did after checking with booking.com. Few days later, the original hotel got back saying they were hacked and we are scammed. Followed up with Booking.com for over a month and they keep stalling with same questions.No resolution from CEO or customer service
