I too am a Wirex investor via CrowdCube…the company has been less than communicative with its shareholders since going to crowd funding over 2 years ago…NOW too, since about half way through 2022 Wirex have frozen my funds for “validation”…and have not replied to 3 ticket requests since then.Totally useless…I am beginning to think the whole thing is a scam…house of mirrors…The only solace I have is that I was able to take most of my coin out of Wirex while I still could and now I am seeking only to get some “small change”- but as a coiner this is still an amount which should be in MY pocket not the greedy algorithms of Wirex.
