I tried to redeem my points four times. I had enough points for each transaction. I got emails from Toluna stating the transactions didn’t go through. I have been emailing back and forth trying to get paid for my work. I have now been blocked. I should have read the reviews here before working for Toluna. Huge waste of my time. Like others have said. This is a scam site. I am disgusted. So Toluna answered my review. I can’t answer because I have been blocked. Also, after I was blocked I deleted my account. Moving on to other things…
