If you like stress, terrible long waiting times on the phone , no help if a flight gets canceled or delayed, than yes book with GotoGate.Our flight got canceled due to severe weather and we received cancellation from airline company but when I phoned the airline they said I had to phone my TravelAgency which is GotoGate but honestly it was a disaster as our whole schedule was canceled GotoGate said it was not canceled! I was almost 14 hrs on the phone as the waiting time is insane and than a few times the line disconnected and they won’t call you back.On the way back we received our return itinerary and boarding pass but 1 whole flight wasn’t included! Lucky the airline helped us to get home.NEVER again, don’t use them it’s a scam!Also finally the airline helped us with a new booking for departure date I saw that my booking at GotoGate was gone, what a terrible experience!
