This company is a fraud. They are vague and everything I should have done with them has always been issue. Except for them taking my money. I saw a new charge after I was told I was getting a refund. My lab order was emailed to me but it used my insurance when they say they are covering the lab with LabCorp and you pay $35 fee only. The next issue is the agents repeat what you say instead of give you an answer. I don’t know what type of operation is this but I hope they return my money.
