I bought a “dedicated” Canadian Static IP address for the month with the idea being that I would extend it if all went well. You wouldn’t even be able to guess what happened!Something I didn’t even think was possible!After I had the static IP for the majority of the month, they randomly took it away and replaced it with an American IP citing that “the batch was bad”…?!They sold me a dedicated Canadian static IP (that was working) and then randomly without warning, changed it to an American IP which means I lost all the time that I used to set everything up…And you know what’s the best part, these guys had the gall to not even refund me my money! (But i will stop the payment with my card so jokes on them).The logical thing to do: is to explain to the customer how sorry you guys are to have royally messed up the situation. Then offer a refund or next month free. Instead, this guy tries to refund me my remaining days in credit to be used in his website! Stay away from these sketchy scammmmmmmmers!
