This company is a scam! When trying to book a room their system double charged us for the same night. When I contacted them, was told that “the hotel” would not authorize a refund for the error. However when I contacted the hotel directly they approved it in writing. Two months and several phone calls and promises later, still no refund. The hotel will not have received the extra money so this is just a way for Getaroom to Get rich!
