If I could give this 0 stars I would. This company is a scam and I wish I could pursue legal action. They provided and absolutely garbage product. I followed their ridiculous return policy and confirmed that they received the product back. I have been unable to get a refund and it has been almost 2 months. You can’t talk to anyone and miraculously the wonderful customer service agent who helped me with the return will not answer my email. Additionally when you call, you either get a voice mail box (which never gets returned) or you get put on hold and then your call drops. But don’t worry, they will continue to email you relentlessly to ask how you like their product. I’m pissed.
